An NC (Numerus Clausus) is always created when there are more valid applications than places for an admission-restricted degree programme. A ranking list of all applicants is then created on the basis of the average grades, the applicant in first place gets a place first, the applicant in second place gets a place after that, and so on. The average mark of the last applicant to receive an admission is the Numerus Clausus of the procedure.
The NC can therefore fluctuate from procedure to procedure depending on the number of applicants and their average grades, which is why the threshold values of previous semesters can only serve as a rough guide.
No information can be given about the NC for the respective Master's degree programme during the application period, as this has not yet been determined.
