Thank you for your enquiry regarding a possible exemption from the tuition fee for international students from third countries.
Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt will decide on a possible exemption from the tuition fee upon application only after successful admission.
The procedure is as follows:
- You apply for a study place.
- You will receive feedback on admission or rejection.
- If you are admitted, you will receive a letter of admission and a fee notice.
- Only now you can apply for an
exemption from the tuition fee.
You can submit reasons for a waiver of the tuition fee to the following contact: https://www.thi.de/en/hochschule/kontakt-und-anfahrt/kontaktformulare/general-inquiries/ - Your request will be checked. You will be informed by the Service Center Study Affairs whether you have to pay the tuition fee or whether you are exempt.
Before applying for a study place and during the entire application process, no statement can be made regarding a possible exemption from the tuition fee.
