Resolution
- It is technically not possible to change the display name in the THI-IT systems—such as Moodle, Outlook, or email—after the fact, as these systems use only the first given name as the display name.
- The full name is correctly recorded and displayed in PRIMUSS as well as in all official documents.
- This limitation is due to technical requirements of the systems, such as the maximum allowed length of email addresses, which necessitate restricting the display name to the first given name.
