Important Notes on Password Management

Please note: There are two separate portals – the Student Portal and the Applicant Portal.
Log in to the Student Portal using your username, not your email address.
Reset your password
If you have a second factor (e.g. authentication app or security device) activated in your account, you can reset your password yourself using the following link:
https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
If you do not have a second factor in your account, we require a copy of your THI ID card or your enrollment or admission certificate for security reasons. Please send this by email to the responsible department.
Important: Delete all saved connections before changing your password
Please note: Before resetting your password, you must delete all saved connections on your devices. Otherwise, your account will be locked.
